These terms govern your use of ultimateoilandgaz.org, the website of Ultimate Oil & Gas. By using the site, you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use the site.

What this site describes

Ultimate Oil & Gas is a business-to-business services company for the energy sector. The site describes our four service lines — field services, equipment support & supply, maintenance, and safety & compliance consulting — so that prospective business clients can decide whether to contact us. The site is informational; it is not an offer that can be accepted by browsing it.

Requests and quotes are not contracts

Submitting the contact form, calling us, or emailing us is a request for information or a quote. It does not create a contract, and nothing is charged for making a request. Any quote we send is an offer whose scope, price, and conditions apply only to that engagement, and no engagement exists until both sides agree the scope in writing. Each engagement is governed by the terms agreed for it, which take precedence over this page for that work.

Safety statements

Statements on this site about safety describe our own working approach and culture. They are our commitments, not a representation that we hold any particular third-party certification, accreditation, or endorsement, and they should not be read as one. How safety is managed on a specific job is defined in the scope and plans agreed for that job.

The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

We may update these terms as the business or the site changes. Updates are posted on this page with a new date at the top, and apply from the moment they are posted.
