Safety
No job is so urgent it can't be done safely
Energy-sector sites concentrate stored energy, pressure, heights, and heavy loads. Working there demands a specific attitude to risk. This page states ours — as a commitment and a way of working, in our own words.
The commitment
Four principles we hold ourselves to
- Plan the work. Every task gets a hazard review before it starts.
- Anyone stops the job. Stop-work authority belongs to every person on the crew.
- Competent people only. Nobody is assigned work they aren't prepared and equipped for.
- Report everything. Incidents and near-misses are reported, reviewed, and learned from.
In practice
What this looks like on your site
Before work starts
- Job hazard review for the specific task and location
- Your inductions, permits, and isolations completed first
- Crew briefed on the plan and the stop conditions
- Required protective equipment confirmed on hand
During the work
- Work stays inside the permit and the briefed plan
- Changed conditions pause the job until re-assessed
- Housekeeping maintained as we go, not at the end
- Your supervision kept informed without being chased
After the work
- Area handed back clean and isolations closed out properly
- Anything found that concerns us goes in the handover in writing
- Near-misses reviewed with the crew, not filed and forgotten
- Lessons carried into the next work pack
Working with your requirements
Your rules are the floor, not the ceiling
Operators, site owners, and regulators set requirements for a reason. We work to the applicable regulations and to your site-specific rules, and where our own practice is stricter, we hold the stricter line.
If a client requirement and safe practice ever pull in different directions, we raise it before working — in writing, to the named contact on both sides.
Plain statement
What this page is, and isn't
Everything above describes our own approach and culture as a services company. It is a statement of how we operate — it is not a claim to any third-party certification, accreditation, or award, and we don't imply one. Ask us how we plan to work on your specific job, and we'll answer specifically.
