This policy explains what information Ultimate Oil & Gas ("we," "us") handles through this website, ultimateoilandgaz.org, and what we do with it. The short version: the only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form, and we use it to answer you.

What the contact form collects

The request form on our contact page asks for your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), the service line you need, and a description of the project. We ask for these because they are what we need to understand the request and respond with questions or a quote. There is no account system on this site and no other page collects personal information.

How your information is used

Form submissions are used to respond to your service or quote request: to reply by email or phone, ask clarifying questions, prepare a quote, and keep track of the conversation if it continues. We do not sell your information, and we do not use form submissions for mailing lists or marketing broadcasts.

How the form is delivered

The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-forwarding service. When you press send, your entries are transmitted to FormSubmit, which forwards them to our inbox at info@ultimateoilandgaz.org. FormSubmit processes the submission in order to deliver it and handles it under its own privacy practices, which are published on formsubmit.co. If you prefer not to use the form, you can contact us directly by email or phone instead — the details are on the contact page.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set its own tracking cookies and does not run its own analytics. Two things outside our own pages are worth knowing about: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers; and if you arrived here by clicking an advertisement, the advertising platform that showed you the ad (such as Google Ads) may use its own cookies or identifiers under its own policies. Those platforms operate independently of this site, and their measurement happens on their side, not through code we control.

How long we keep submissions

Form submissions arrive as email. We keep them for as long as they are useful for handling your request and any engagement that follows from it, and we delete them when they are no longer needed for those purposes or for our ordinary business records.

Access and deletion

You can ask us at any time what information we hold from your submissions, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@ultimateoilandgaz.org or call (713) 555-0182 and we will act on the request unless we need to keep a record for a legitimate business or legal reason — in which case we will tell you that.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The version published here is the one that applies.
