Services
Four service lines, described plainly
No mystery bundles. This is what we do, what a typical request looks like, and where each service line starts and stops. If your need sits across two of them, we scope it as one job with one contact.
Field Services
Coordinated crews for hands-on work at energy facilities, delivered under your permit-to-work system and supervision structure.
What this covers
- Installation and hook-up support for skids, piping runs, and site equipment
- Visual and routine inspections with written findings
- Site preparation, housekeeping, and general labor packages with supervision
- Support crews for projects led by your own engineers or a primary contractor
Typical requests
- "We need an extra supervised crew on site for a two-week installation window."
- "Walk this line, document the condition, and flag anything that needs attention."
How it's delivered
Each field job gets a written work pack: scope, crew, equipment, and the site rules that apply. A named supervisor is your single point of contact from mobilization to handover.
Equipment Support & Supply
Sourcing and support for the equipment, parts, and consumables your operation runs on — driven by your specification.
What this covers
- Sourcing equipment, spares, and consumables against your part numbers or specs
- Quoting alternatives when the specified item is unavailable or long-lead
- Delivery coordination to site or laydown, with paperwork that matches the order
- Assistance with receiving, setup, and putting supplied equipment into service
Typical requests
- "Source these valve spares to spec and get them to site before the shutdown."
- "We need a supplier who will actually confirm lead times in writing."
How it's delivered
Every quote states the item, the specification it was matched against, the lead time we were given, and the price. If something changes on the supplier side, you hear about it from us first.
Maintenance
Planned and corrective maintenance that keeps plant and equipment in service — and a paper trail that proves the work was done.
What this covers
- Routine servicing on a schedule agreed with your operations team
- Corrective work: diagnose, quote, repair, and document
- Support crews for shutdowns, turnarounds, and outage windows
- Maintenance records in a format your team can file and audit
Typical requests
- "Take over routine servicing for this equipment package and report monthly."
- "Something is down. We need a crew to diagnose it and quote the fix."
How it's delivered
Planned work runs to an agreed schedule and checklist. Corrective work starts with a diagnosis and a written quote before repair, unless you tell us the situation can't wait — then we agree the ground rules up front.
Safety & Compliance Consulting
Practical, paperwork-light help for operators who want their safety program to work on the ground, not just in a binder.
What this covers
- Hazard assessments and job safety analyses for specific tasks and areas
- Writing and updating procedures, work instructions, and toolbox-talk material
- Gap reviews against the requirements that apply to your operation
- Preparation support for client audits and regulator visits
Typical requests
- "Our procedures don't match how the work is actually done. Fix that."
- "A major client is auditing us next quarter. Help us get ready."
How it's delivered
Deliverables are working documents your crews will actually use, written in plain language. We advise and prepare; the decisions and the program remain yours. This service is consulting support — it is not a certification, and we don't sell certificates.
